Waconia Public Schools is seeking candidates for a Grade 9 Educational Support Professional at Southview Elementary. This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 am–2:30 pm during the school year, with pay from $19.36 to $26.32 per hour and a benefits package beginning on day one.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree, or at least 60 college credits, or a passing ParaPro score. Start date is October 19, 2026; closing date is open until filled.

Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to exploretheir passions and create their success!

Our school district is located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schoolsserves approximately4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 2:30 pm (Full-Time during the school year).

Qualifications

Associate's Degree, at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment. Salary
