Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is highly preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teacher to maintain safe classroom culture and reinforce academic expectations.
• Assist with literacy and math instruction in small groups or one-on-one.
• Prepare materials, track attendance, and manage classroom documentation.
• Participate in lesson planning and assessment preparation with the lead teacher.
• Supervise students during various activities and events; assist with parent communications.
