Vista Hill Foundation is seeking an Education Specialist to support students with extensive needs at the Stein Campus in San Diego. You will provide tailored instructional programs, develop behavioral plans, and maintain detailed student records and reports.

The Sam and Rose Stein Education Center serves Developmentally Disabled students ages 5 to 22 who are unable to attend public schools. The work environment is challenging but rewarding. We are a caring organization with room for advancement.
The Education Specialist works under the supervision of the Director of Education to provide instruction in the classroom assigned. An example of tasks include:
Full Time - Monday thru Friday
$34.50 per hour & up
This is a starting rate and may be adjusted upwards based on education & experience.
Current Vista Hill employees in this job title for 2025 are paid $71,760 - $95,600 annually.
Employees working over 30 hours a week receive employer-paid benefits, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off (vacation and sick leave), paid holidays, employer-paid retirement contribution and clinical supervision (if applicable).Some programs qualify for student loan forgiveness programs.
