Qualifications

Responsibilities
Assure orientation programs for nursing staff meet regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Education Supervisor for staff educational needs.
Participate in annual assessment of staff learning needs.
Teach nursing education programs while evaluating staff performance.
Supervise direct nursing care for training of new personnel.
