Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure as RN required.
• American Heart Association certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Assure orientation programs for nursing staff meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Education Supervisor for staff educational needs.
• Participate in annual assessment of staff learning needs.
• Teach nursing education programs while evaluating staff performance.
• Supervise direct nursing care for training of new personnel.
