Job summary

Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is seeking an Education Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and deliver educational programs and interpretive materials that advance AWCC's mission. You will supervise education staff and volunteers while balancing program development with daily operations and frontline educational experiences.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
Willingness to obtain tetanus and rabies vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate educational programs and interpretive materials.
Supervise education staff and volunteers.
Coordinate field trips, outreach programming, and scheduling.
Track and report programming participation and outcomes.
Represent AWCC as frontline interpreter and educator.
