Job summary

Crossover is seeking an Education Program Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of Guides across select Alpha campuses. You will mentor, coach, and motivate to deliver life-skills experiences and exceptional student outcomes.

Role focuses on coaching culture, data-driven improvement, and launching new campuses with accountability for performance across the student experience and team results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in education, coaching, or leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more with hiring/termination decisions.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with ages 5–14 in education or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Guides to deliver outstanding student experiences while upholding standards.
• Facilitate life-skills workshops for K-12 students.
• Inspire students to pursue ambitious learning objectives.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide effectiveness.
• Support opening new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence.
