Job summary

Alpha School in Georgia is hiring a Lead Guide to build and lead a high-performing team that coaches Guides, develops leaders, and creates a culture where students consistently exceed expectations.

This is not instructional coaching or classroom teaching. You’ll raise student outcomes by mentoring guides, leading life-skills workshops, and aligning the team to uncompromising standards while driving data-driven decisions across the program.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running programs, and managing budgets or P&L.
• Experience hiring and developing staff and setting operating standards for a team.
• Leadership in a program context with data-driven decision making.
