Job summary

The Excel Center, operated by Goodwill Education Initiatives, seeks a Paraprofessional to support students in in-person and online classes on the northeast side of Indianapolis. You will help supervise operations and assist instructors by broadcasting classes, collecting paperwork, and ensuring student comprehension of coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in in-person and online classes and monitor classroom order.
• Set up student accounts, track attendance, and manage class records.
• Support enrollment, credit recovery, iExcel, and distance learning tools.
• Collaborate with staff to meet school goals and provide tutoring support.
• Assist with professional development and contribute to a positive learning culture.
