Job summary

Zeta is seeking a Resident Operations Director to lead school operations across multiple NYC campuses as part of a 6-12 month, full-time program that trains you to become an Operations Director at a Zeta school.

You will be based at an existing Zeta school, joining the operations team and contributing to both school-specific and Zeta-wide projects while developing the skills to lead operations at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of work experience.
• Proven project management abilities and a relentlessly high excellence bar.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational leader of the assigned school and a member of the school leadership team.
• Engage in school operations work and lead a variety of operations projects.
• Develop systems to ensure a world-class facility and a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and families.
• Use data to shape and improve school operations and processes.
