This role emphasizes scalable infrastructure and data-driven decision-making. We’re looking for an ambitious leader with 8+ years in digital media or tech, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in digital media, consulting, or high-growth tech environments.
• 1–2 years in a direct supervisory role with talent development.
• Operational ownership of budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Proactive use of AI and automation to optimize outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive review.
• Self-directed with ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Finance, Product, Data, AP/AR, and BI/Analytics.
• Partner with the GM and education leadership to align strategy with execution.
• Drive scalable infrastructure and centralized decision-making for growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Mentor staff and foster a culture of performance and accountability.
