About the Position

This is a temporary non-tenure track teaching position on a part-time basis. Positions may become available at any time and are typically filled on a quarterly basis. Courses are taught online via Zoom & Canvas at their regular scheduled time.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Education Leadership or a related field by time of appointment. Terminal degree for doctoral program courses.
• Evidence of successful teaching with adult learners.
• Record of relevant professional involvement.
• Evidence of successful public P-12 administrative leadership experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Experience in P-12 settings with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to cultivating learning environments that are equitable and inclusive of students with diverse social identities and backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in Education Leadership or a related field by time of appointment.
• Knowledge of P-12 administrative structures.
• Familiarity with Washington State Administrator Preparation Standards.

Conditions of Employment

All employees must comply with our Immunization policies, including Proof of Rubeola Measles Immunity within 60-days of hire. Compensation

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
