Job summary

Google is seeking a Business Program Manager for the Education GTM team to drive the execution of strategic agreements and the go-to-market processes across Education products. You will design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational workflows for vendor and internal teams worldwide.

The role focuses on tracking and analyzing performance, pushing efficiency improvements, and collaborating with StratOps, Channel Operations, finance, and regional sales leads to improve metrics and data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage programs concerning agreement escalation, discount approval and Education GTM policies.
  • Create and improve global sales processes and enable regional teams to effectively go to market with Google Workspace for Education and Gemini premium products.
  • Define and execute on regional and country-level engagement process improvements; drive continued use and interaction of best practices, in close collaboration with global GTM lead, channel and regional sales teams.
  • Collaborate with regional specialist leads on enablement and rollout of processes, as well as closed loop feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with StratOps and Channel Operations teams for alignment on processes, enablement and messaging. Collaborate with finance and sales operations on creation and delivery of key sales metrics and data quality.
