Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking General Cleaners to support educational facilities in East Peoria, IL. You will perform a broad range of cleaning tasks—sweeping, dusting, restrooms, floors, windows, and general upkeep—while following safety and quality standards.

A background check and fingerprinting are required, and you may go through E-Verify. This is a full- and part-time, first- and second-shift position with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Background check and fingerprinting required
• General cleaners perform cleaning duties to maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean restrooms and common areas
• Clean windows, desks, walls, furniture, doors, and entry glass
• Perform floor care including stripping and waxing as needed
• Assist with recycling and waste removal
