Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with relevant experience
• 1–3 years of experience, preferred
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills
• Proficient computer skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff in accordance with policies
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and maintains client relations
• Ensures client and customer satisfaction and cost-effective management
• Promotes professional growth and development of associates
• Coordinates tasks of Supervisory and Management teams through regular communication
• Performs other duties as assigned
