Zusammenfassung

STEM Coding Lab is a mission-driven nonprofit in Pittsburgh, PA seeking a Director of Education. You will oversee curricula, train instructors, and implement evaluation protocols to raise program quality and student impact.

The role reports to the CEO and involves collaborating with the leadership team to advance CS/AI education for K–8 learners. The position focuses on educational equity, curriculum development, and staff development in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment within a nonprofit

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instruction, Educational leadership or a related field
4-7 years in education with at least 2 years supervising direct reports; nonprofit experience preferred

Aufgaben

Lead curriculum design and ongoing update of educational materials
Oversee instructor training and onboarding programs
Conduct regular instructor observations and provide coaching feedback
Evaluate program effectiveness and report outcomes to CEO and board
Collaborate with fundraising and leadership on strategic goals
