DLR Group’s Orlando office is seeking an Architect to support the Education Sectors. The role involves day-to-day design and technical development, coordinating documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position emphasizes design excellence, client interaction, and project delivery within a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Architecture, a minimum of six years of experience, and a professional license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required and licensure is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and technically sound design solutions.
• Coordinate project drawings, specs, and documentation with the team.
• Lead collaboration within project teams and generate design ideas.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts to complex projects.
• Integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into deliverables.
• Ensure BIM standards are applied and coordinate with BIM Manager.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Participate in client presentations and contribute to project outcomes.
