Northwestern Memorial Hospital is seeking an Education Coordinator, a registered nurse responsible for patient care and staff education. The coordinator will work with interdisciplinary teams to enhance learning and evaluation strategies.
A current Illinois RN license and a BSN with at least two years of clinical experience are required. The role involves coordinating orientations, developing educational programs, and supporting the growth of nursing staff.

Salary range: $42.50 - $68.00 per hour.
The Education Coordinator is a registered professional nurse who demonstrates exemplary direct patient care and is accountable for formal and informal staff education and orientation. The Education Coordinator works collaboratively with the Interprofessional team, NM Academy, peers, and the Shared Leadership Committee to identify learning needs, develop and implement educational strategies, and participate in learning effectiveness evaluation.
