You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a track record of leading teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience in managing teams and working with contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety and regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire construction process.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and environmental regulations.
• Handle procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor and report on projects progress, identifying and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of work and ensure to project specifications.
• Manage project documentations and maintain accurate records.
