The Sanneh Foundation is seeking an Education and Community Programs Manager to lead three program lines: Kidztyme, Senior Programming, and Girls First. You will design and deliver afterschool education, while coordinating schedules and partner relationships at Conway Community Center.
Leading a diverse staff, you will ensure safety, program quality, and community impact, with a focus on education, health, and youth development. Travel may be required as needed.

The Manager of Education and Community Programs serves as the bridge between high-level organizational planning and the on-the-ground delivery of educational programs across senior programming, academic enrichment, workforce development, and afterschool initiatives. This role ensures that all programs operate smoothly, safely, and in alignment with community needs — while maintaining high standards of program quality, staffing, and educational impact.
