Job summary

Primrose School of Augusta is seeking an Education Coach to drive the growth and success of our early childhood teachers. You will mentor and support teachers to create safe, healthy learning environments and help them deliver the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.

You will conduct classroom observations, participate in hiring processes, and collaborate with leadership to create effective onboarding experiences for new teachers while supporting the use of our digital platform for curriculum

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring teachers or coaching staff.
• Ability to observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with early childhood education frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom observations to support delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Participate in selection and hiring of teachers as part of the education team.
• Support teachers using our digital platform to implement the curriculum in classrooms.
