Job summary

practicebenefitscorp in New York, NY seeks an Education Champion to provide Math and ELA tutoring for 2nd through 7th grade, using one-on-one and small-group sessions and collaborating with teachers to tailor learning experiences.

You will work 10–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule, gain real classroom experience and ongoing training, and earn $25–$27 per hour, plus a program completion bonus up to 10% of earnings.

Qualifications

• Passion for learning and empowering underserved students.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or related field.
• Available 10–35 hours per week at assigned school.
• Collaborative and flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide Math & ELA tutoring for 2nd grade through 7th grade.
• Deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies with one-on-one and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support student success.
