Job summary

The Ai Training Company is seeking experienced educators to validate and improve AI-generated educational content. You will craft realistic teaching tasks, develop plans and materials, and assess alignment with standards.

This remote role focuses on detailed feedback from experienced teachers across K-12 and higher education backgrounds. Applicants should have 3+ years in education, a relevant degree, and the ability to work independently online.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional education experience in teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, or related field.
• Strong understanding of teaching, learning, assessment, or instructional design.
• Ability to evaluate whether educational content is accurate and appropriate for learners.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with AI evaluation or educational content review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic education tasks based on day-to-day professional experience.
• Develop lesson plans, unit plans, assessments, rubrics, interventions, accommodations, and instructional materials.
• Review AI-generated educational content for accuracy, quality, and pedagogy.
• Evaluate whether materials are appropriate for the intended grade level, subject, and learner population.
• Review alignment with Common Core, NGSS, and state standards or curriculum frameworks.
• Collaborate remotely and asynchronously with a research team to provide detailed feedback.
