Job summary

Notre Dame High School in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Educational Technology Specialist to lead the Educational Technology team and drive classroom AI integration. You will guide faculty adoption of new tools with credibility and practical judgment, and design professional development to translate the school’s technology vision into day‑to‑day practice.

The role reports to the Director of Educational Technology, collaborates with the Director of Infrastructure and Director of Information Systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in K‑12 educational technology.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Experience integrating AI tools into classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of professional development and in‑service programs.
• Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled instructional tools for classrooms.
• Develop and communicate guidelines for responsible AI use.
• Stay current on AI in education and translate into recommendations.
• Oversee creation of instructional content for faculty, staff, students, and parents.
• Manage technology help desk and ticketing system; set SLAs and metrics.
• Oversee MDM strategy and day‑to‑day operations.
