Job summary

United States Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Social Worker GS-12 to provide clinical social work services to Veterans in the community-based setting. The role requires licensure at the master’s level, CSWE-accredited MSW, and the ability to travel locally in the assigned area. Applicants must be U.S.

citizens, proficient in English, and possess a valid driver’s license. Experience with homelessness or substance use disorders is preferred and supported by the agency’s education loan

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed or certified to independently practice social work at the master's level in the state.
• U.S. citizenship and English language proficiency.
• Valid state driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
