Job summary

The Gates Foundation in Seattle seeks a Project Manager to lead the Communications Division's editorial calendar, coordinate cross-functional planning across communications, leadership offices, and campaign initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of priority initiatives.

You will support AVP, leadership engagements, and editorial writing deliverables, track progress, improve processes, and report to Communications leadership. Travel up to 25% domestically/internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in editorial planning, content strategy, or public affairs.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives with keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead editorial calendar development and execution.
• Own Editorial Board process and drive improvements.
• Manage major campaigns timelines and cross-functional delivery.
• Provide PM support for AVP and leadership engagements as needed.
• Track progress and report to Communications leadership.
