Akimbo Connect is seeking a web editor with a unique perspective on weddings and strong storytelling skills. The editor will set the editorial direction for BridalPulse & BrideClick, creating original content and overseeing social media presence.

Qualified candidates should have 5 years of editorial experience in Women’s lifestyle, be digitally-savvy, and possess strong writing and editing abilities. A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Creating original content for BridalPulse.
• Work with video vendors to write & produce video content.
• Assign and guide content contributors in content creation.
• Oversee content through the production process.
• Attend events on behalf of BridalPulse.
• Create and organize editorials for sponsored programs.
• Oversee and grow social media presence.
