Job summary

Hampden Clothing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Videographer on a project basis to capture editorial and behind-the-scenes content across multiple formats. You will produce and edit compelling videos that showcase Hampden’s elevated-brand aesthetic, from on-set shoots to on-location productions.

Responsibilities include lighting setups, asset management, and delivering platform-ready edits for seasonal campaigns and brand stories. This role emphasizes collaboration, storytelling, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in videography and production.
• Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of lighting for studio and location shoots.
• Deep understanding of video workflows and file management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing asset formats.

Responsibilities

• Produce and film editorial and BTS content on set and location.
• Set up lighting and sound equipment as needed.
• Export videos in multiple ratios for organic and paid channels.
• Manage post-production workflow to deliver on time.
