Editor Needed for Short Film Crowdfunding Campaign

This is a Contracted position in the field of Post Production - Editing, Compositing, Motion Graphics, & Visual Effects, located in Los Angeles, CA.

The position pays $500.00 — $700.00 per job.

I’m seeking an experienced editor to create a polished crowdfunding media package for my upcoming narrative short film, Brother Hold Your Light. Deliverables include:

• A cinematic proof‑of‑concept trailer (approximately 60–90 seconds)
• A Seed&Spark campaign video featuring a director interview combined with footage from the proof‑of‑concept
• A separate “Meet the Filmmaker” Q&A video introducing myself, my background, and the vision behind the project

The trailer and interview videos will be shot professionally with a Director of Photography in a controlled loft location. I’ll provide organized footage along with a clear editing blueprint, including the intended story structure, pacing, music direction, and notes for each deliverable.

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has strong storytelling instincts and cinematic pacing
