Qualifications

• At least five years leading a newsroom or large team.

• Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience across multiple platforms (print, digital, audio/video).
• Ability to set clear expectations, train staff, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and community relationship building.
