Bloomberg BNA is seeking an Editor-at-Large I to enhance the quality of writing and content across platforms. You will collaborate with reporters and editors, managing stories from inception to publication.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of editorial experience, strong editing skills, and knowledge of digital publishing. The position offers a dynamic work environment in Arlington, Texas, with responsibilities including overseeing assignments and mentoring staff.
As an Editor-at-Large I, you will coordinate with reporters, editors, and outside authors to direct work and boost the quality of our writing, contributed content, and idea development. You will polish stories so that they perform well on all our platforms and on the Bloomberg Terminal. Sometimes that means being a player-coach and diving right into the copy, and sometimes that means being a mentor to editors who coordinate news coverage, provide insight on newsletters, talk through stories, and then deliver a stand-out headline.
