Niceboard in New York City is seeking a creative video editor to transform raw street interviews into punchy, high-converting short-form ads for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta.

You will emphasize hooks, pacing, and compelling narratives, add motion graphics and captions, and collaborate with the team to test variations and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form direct response ads for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Strong motion graphics, sound design, and visual storytelling skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing, audience retention, and conversion-driven editing.
• Ability to work independently, take creative initiative, and manage multiple projects with tight turnarounds.
