Job summary

A team-oriented consultancy in the United States is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join their hard-working team. The ideal candidate will support various legal accounts by managing ESI for litigation, developing discovery plans, and utilizing electronic discovery software. This role requires 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A BS/BA degree is preferred, and candidates must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in managing ESI for civil and criminal litigation.
• Develop discovery plans and document electronic discovery processes.
• Administer data inputs into an eDiscovery review platform.

Skills

eDiscovery/litigation support experience

Familiarity with EDRM
