Job summary

Leidos is seeking an e-Discovery Systems Manager to support the Civil Rights Division of DOJ. This onsite Washington, DC role demands leadership over large litigation projects, coordinating with government reps, contractors, and staff to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

The candidate will oversee security, configuration management, and disaster recovery for web-hosted data, while mentoring staff and delivering analytics and complex productions in Relativity One.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of related experience.
• Substantial, in-depth skills and experience for the system requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Windows-based systems and applications.
• 6+ years of first-line management experience.
• Experience with HelpDesk and deploying new applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees configuration management, risk analysis, and disaster recovery for web-hosted litigation data.
• Leads a team of data processors, senior systems analysts, DBAs and other staff.
• Oversees Relativity One workspaces and productions, from creation to ARMing.
• Provides technical feedback to Case Managers and attorneys on ESI specs.
• Trains staff and develops analytics; creates complex productions.
