Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking an experienced eDiscovery professional to support complex litigation matters. You will manage electronic evidence using Relativity/RelativityOne, implement analytics and scripts to improve review efficiency, and collaborate with attorneys and project managers to ensure accurate, secure, and timely results.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, artificial intelligence, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users with basic and advanced functionality.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks, resolving accuracy or consistency issues.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage, chain-of-custody documentation, and detailed activity tracking.
