Job summary

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst to support day-to-day eDiscovery and litigation technology needs across cases. You will leverage eDiscovery best practices to collect, organize, analyze, and produce documents and data throughout the discovery process.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, collaboration with attorneys, and the ability to train staff on litigation tools. Travel may be required to support client meetings or trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support.
• Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, TrialDirector Administrator, or similar preferred.
• Experience with Relativity and TrialDirector strongly preferred.
• Law firm or legal department experience a plus.
• Availability to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Apply understanding of eDiscovery best practices throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Utilize analytics and technology-assisted review tools to enhance document review efficiency.
• Manage collection and processing of data types including mobile devices and messaging platforms.
• Oversee backend eDiscovery processing, analytics, and production—internally and with vendors.
• Build and manage electronic databases for document review and production.
• Set up and manage document review projects with defensibility and policy compliance.
• Process, manage, edit, and create electronic productions for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Maintain data integrity during processing, conversion, and export of case materials.
• Prepare and manage presentation databases and assist with exhibits and video editing.
• Provide training and support to attorneys and staff on litigation tools and workflows.
• Assist in preparation of trial exhibits and presentations.
• Support setup and operation of courtroom equipment during hearings or trials.
• Stay current with developments in litigation support technology and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues related to data, databases, and collaboration platforms.
