Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager in the Finance department. The role leads a client-site eDiscovery lab team, guiding processing of electronic files and adherence to ESI specifications.

The candidate will advise on the EDRM phases—Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production—and collaborate with attorneys to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely case progression.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in eDiscovery roles including processing, data culling, QA, and data analysis.
• Five+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks; analyzes and implements processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consults with attorneys on best practices for conforming to ESI specifications and participates in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensures incoming productions comply with ESI specifications and communicates deficiencies to the case attorney.
