Job Summary
Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to provide electronic discovery technical support and strategic legal assistance for a large federal agency using Relativity.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
- Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences with co‑counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel upon attorney request.
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing productions comply with applicable ESI specifications and, when deficiencies are found, provide detailed notice to the case attorney.
- Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
- Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
- Provide input on technology options to respond to specific discovery requirements.
- Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied across the case lifecycle.
- Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
- Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.
- Maintain current knowledge of available software applications within your area of expertise.
- Contribute to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements related to electronic discovery.
- Generate custom PowerShell scripts.
- Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex, large cases.
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity (frontend and backend).
- Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
- Advanced hands‑on experience with Active Learning.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
- Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team orientation and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Well organized, detail‑oriented, and confident working independently.
- Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; a law degree, technical certification, or related graduate degree strongly preferred.
- United States citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of advanced Relativity searches, search index generation, workflow setup, permissions, and Case Dynamics.
- Experience writing scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, and data manipulation.
- Ability to generate complex productions from Relativity.
- In‑depth hands‑on experience with Case Map and Text Map.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.

Compensation
USD 89,301.33–121,194.66 per annum.
