Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The Edibles Product Agent supports production and packaging of infused edible products, carrying out tasks assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor and Packaging Supervisor.

You will prep, clean, cook, label, wrap and operate basic production and packaging machinery to produce edibles per Cresco standards. This role requires at least two years in a production setting, preferably in a regulated field, with a focus on food safety,

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general production suitable for human consumption.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production and sanitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis-infused foods using commercial machinery.
• Follow batch production instructions and support production efficiency improvements.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure potency, homogenization, and product quality.
• Train in food safety and sanitation; maintain a clean, safe production area.
• Assist with labeling, packaging and tracking of edibles for sale.
