Job summary

Ease Health in Illinois is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage the enrollment lifecycle for Claims, ERA, and Eligibility transactions, coordinating with clients, payers, and clearinghouses across the full enrollment lifecycle. You will guide clients through required forms, serve as the main enrollment contact, monitor statuses, and drive improvements as we scale.

Candidates with 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle and Availity experience will excel; strong communication and organization

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Claims enrollments, ERA and Eligibility enrollments.
• Experience coordinating with clients, payers and clearinghouses.
• Familiarity with Availity and healthcare enrollment workflows.
• Strong communication to translate payer requirements into client guidance.
• Excellent organization to manage multiple concurrent requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments from submission through approval.
• Provide clients with step-by-step guidance on required forms and setup.
• Serve as the primary enrollment contact for client questions.
• Coordinate with clients, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve issues.
• Monitor enrollment statuses and keep documentation current across systems.
• Chase pending or rejected enrollments and escalate when needed.
• Educate clients on payer requirements and timelines.
• Track evolving payer and clearinghouse requirements.
• Deliver proactive enrollment updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements as we scale enrollment operations.

You will manage the enrollment process for Claims, ERA, and Eligibility transactions, working directly with clients, payers, and clearinghouses across the full enrollment lifecycle.

What you'll do
