Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of network engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Metro E, NNI, cross-connect provisioning, and LOA processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full lifecycle of EG and MSC deployments, from planning to implementation and post-installation.
• Maintain deployment tracking, timelines, milestones, and risk assessments; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage LOAs for cross-connects at national and regional locations; coordinate with carriers for MetroE services.
• Serve as primary point of contact for deployment inquiries and drive regular technical reviews with stakeholders.
