Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years total work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering approaches in design, build, testing, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement at Target MN HQ.
• Use Agile to manage WIP, flow and sprint planning.
• Develop automation, scripts, and monitoring tools to proactively identify issues.
