Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Deep Agentic Reasoning Engineer (open rank) to design and build multimodal reasoning models for Edge AI applications. You will collaborate with AI, NLP, audio, time series, RL and other experts to advance agentic systems aligned with business needs.

The role offers exposure to forefront AI research, with responsibilities spanning model development, research dissemination, and collaboration across disciplines in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• PhD in AI-related fields such as NLP, computer vision, speech processing or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience releasing software products with a strong AI/ML track record.
• 6+ years of experience releasing AI/ML products.
• Strong publication record in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, CVPR).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and evaluate multimodal models for classification and reasoning tasks.
• Engage in the full research lifecycle: discussions, data collection, annotation, preprocessing, training and evaluation.
• Prototype models in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and implement core reasoning improvements.
• Apply distillation to transfer capabilities from larger to smaller models.
• Document experiments and results for internal reports and publications.
