Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the United States invites applications for a Deep Agentic Reasoning Engineer (open rank) to design multimodal reasoning models for Edge AI.

You will collaborate with AI, NLP, audio, time-series and RL experts to advance agentic systems. Responsibilities include building and evaluating models, full research lifecycle, prototyping in PyTorch/TensorFlow, knowledge distillation, and disseminating results through internal reports and top-tier conferences.

Qualifications

• PhD in AI-related fields (NLP, CV, Speech) and top-tier publications.
• 6+ years releasing AI/ML products with strong research impact.
• Experience with transformer architectures and multimodal data.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate deep learning models for multimodal reasoning tasks.
• Own the full research lifecycle from data collection to evaluation.
• Prototype in PyTorch/TensorFlow and apply advanced post-training techniques.
• Document results and share findings via reports and conferences.
