Job summary

Henderson Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Nursing Unit Assistant for the night shift to support patient care. You will assist in planning, organizing and evaluating unit activities and perform clerical and receptionist duties to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, basic PC skills and medical terminology. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment and provide age-appropriate care across the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating activities in the nursing unit.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties and maintain the physical environment of the area.
