Job summary

Camden Rockport Schools seeks an Ed Tech III to support students in grades 3-4 Resource Program. The role collaborates with staff to provide small group instruction, implement IEPs, and support students in general and special education settings.

The position runs 7:15am-2:45pm, 189 days per year, with full-time benefits including health and dental Insurance, sick/personal days, holidays, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and collaboration with teams.
• Ability to implement IEPs and support both general and special education settings.
• Experience providing small group instruction and 1:1 support.
• Ability to collect and analyze academic and functional data.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to support implementation of student IEPs.
• Collect academic and functional data.
• Support assigned students in general and/or special education settings, including the regular classroom, self-contained classroom, and therapy classrooms.
• Support students on the playground, at recess, during lunch, while riding the bus, and during other nonacademic times.
• Assist students with activities of daily living.
