This clinical staff position will have an impact on the patient’s experience by facilitating optimal outcomes utilizing a collaborative team approach to patient care in the emergency care setting.QUALIFICATIONS:**Education/Experience****Required:**Certified Nursing Assistant, nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation or one year clinical care experience or equivalent education, one year clinical care experience, EMT or emergency room clinical experience**Preferred:**· High school diploma/equivalent strongly preferred· Emergency patient care experience· EKG experience· Phlebotomy experience**Other Skills/Knowledge:****Preferred:**· Basic computer skills· Crisis Prevention/InterventionSchedule: Three 12 hr shifts including every third weekend and holiday group rotation**Pay Range:**$19.50 - $26.24The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
