Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine's Sibley Nursing Team seeks an Emergency Services Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care in our 22-bed ED, with Nights 3p-7p and weekend rotation. This virtual event is an opportunity to learn about full-time ED RN roles, scheduling, and growth within a renowned nonprofit acute care system.

Applicants must hold DC RN licensure, graduate from an approved nursing program, and have at least 6 months of acute care experience; ED experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
• Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
• Minimum of 6 months RN acute care experience
• ED experience preferred, 1 year or more
• Associate degree holders enrolled in BSN/MSN within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide ED nursing care to patients in a 22-bed ED setting
• Participate in education and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care team
