Job summary

Saint Mary’s Regional Health System in Russellville, AR is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts. You will provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and respond rapidly to critical situations to improve patient outcomes.

Applicants should hold an active Arkansas RN license, have at least an Associate’s degree (BSN preferred), and be prepared to meet AHA BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• One year of prior ED RN experience preferred.
• Active Arkansas or compact RN license required; licensure updates for PSOR if relocating.
• Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred.
