Job summary

Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, AL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an ED role. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, while coordinating with the diverse health care team.

Current unrestricted AL license, BLS and ACLS required; ED RN experience preferred. You will promote collaboration, manage supplies and equipment, and contribute to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AL or Multi State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• ED RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN performs the functions of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care for the assigned patients on the unit during a shift.
• The RN is responsible for meeting the Standards of Practice, which includes managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment on the unit, and for the promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team.
