Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care in the Emergency Department, delivering direct patient care and educating patients and families. The ED team is Magnet-accredited and treated as a Comprehensive Stroke Center with round-the-clock Cath Lab access.

You will support transitions of care, mentor junior staff, and participate in quality improvement efforts, while maintaining high standards of safety and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program and eligible for RN licensure.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
